The next International Geography Olympiad will be held in Carthage, Tunisia, from August 7 to 12, 2008 in conjunction with the congress of the International Geographical Union.
The 2008 Olympiad will be hosted by the Tunisian Association of Geographers. Queries, or expressions of interest, should be sent to Zouhaier HLAOUI: tn_geo_olympiade@yahoo.fr.
Students must be selected through a national geography competition. The official language of the Olympiad is English. Under the heading 'What is GeoOlympiad' you will find the statutes with a lot of information about the International Geography Olympiad.
